- Refunding of items 14 days from date on invoice.
- Only Items unpacked and not installed can be refunded unless otherwise agreed and written into invoice.
- Items ordered for delivery with lead time and paid up front can be cancelled if both parties specifically have agreed and written into into invoice. Transport cost if any to be paid by customer.
- Delivery of returned goods to Wind N Solar Implement Solution address.
- Design of PV Plants where engineering time spect , will be charged based on used hours.
- Warranties according to the specific products factory warranties.
- Lead Times informed in invoice can not be fully guaranteed due to shipping, custom clearance, manufactoring lead time. We will keep clients informed if changes.
